iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus
According to CEO Tim Cook, the company's next generation of smartphones is completely built to work with Apple Intelligence, Apple's brand new artificial intelligence platform that was first unveiled earlier this year.
Visual Intelligence, in turn, will allow the phone to recognize objects, pictures and texts in real time through the camera. For example, you point the camera at a restaurant and the iPhone will show you all the available information about it on the Internet.
As for other changes in the next iPhone, it will also have a completely new button to control the camera. With one press it turns on the app and with the second it takes a quick photo. Press and hold to play the video.
The button also has a sensor that lets you zoom in or adjust the background blur. All this is supported by a boosted A18 processor to support the increased software capacity.
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will have the same dimensions as last year's 15 and 15 Plus - 6.1 and 6.7 inches - and four colors - white, black pale green, pink and ultramarine.
Apple announced that the iPhone 16 will start at $799 and the iPhone 16 Plus will start at $899.
