The Roblox platform has filed a lawsuit against a gamer removed from it years ago. The accusation is of terror against the people working for the company. The lawsuit is for Benjamin Robert Simon to stop the terrorizing actions against employees and users of the platform, as well as to pay nearly 1.7 million dollars for the damages already caused.
He was kicked out of the game years ago for homophobic and racist insults, sexual harassment and other forms of unacceptable behavior. It is alleged that Simon used accounts created by other users and various hacks to maintain access to the platform.
