HMD Global (Nokia) screwed up a lot of phones after the update with Android 12. After starting the Factory settings option, the phones get stuck in Fastboot mode, you have the option to either buy a new one or send it to them for reinstallation, for which you pay.

There is an option to repair the phone at home, it must be disassembled and bypassed on two ports in the circuit board (risky)

There is another option requiring the HMD DeviceKit Tool, but here it hits a stone if you don't have a corporate account that HMD Global only provides to partners.
