Gulf Arab countries have asked Netflix to remove "offensive content" from the streaming platform, referring to programs featuring gays and lesbians, the ********** Press reported.

A joint statement issued on behalf of a commission of the Gulf Cooperation Council said these productions "contrary to Islamic and societal values and principles".
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates also released the statement through their governments. These two countries together with Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar enter a regional organization.
Although the statement did not provide details, Saudi state television also aired a video of an interview conducted with a woman identified as a "behavioral consultant" who described Netflix as an "official sponsor of homosexuality." At the same time, the television broadcast footage from the animated film "Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous" in which two women kiss, but the footage was blurred.
What will Netflix's response be?
