Fuel prices are falling or normalizing, but in some countries there is constant talk of an energy crisis. Part of the European countries are going to shut down coal-fired power plants. Last winter, households in Europe were called upon to reduce electricity consumption during rush hours.

Stocks in European warehouses have fallen to record lows, and volumes through pipelines from Russia and Norway are limited.
