Are doctors liable for covid vaccination?

I know the topic is awkward. But despite the whole campaign for "safety" of vaccines, who should be held accountable for lethal side effects. Anyone questioning their effectiveness is called an anti-vaxxer, conspirator, etc.

In addition, when it comes to side effects or caused death, all experts start giving some vague explanations and the media censors the opinions of their users.
