Sounds good, BUT:

1. Ketone diet can lead to hypovitaminosis and mineral deficiency.
2. High fat intake can increase the risk of developing chronic diseases.
3. It is possible that a low-carbohydrate diet can lead to ketoacidosis.
4. Keto diet can cause diarrhea.

5. Low carb sabotages fitness.
