What type of education system in United Kingdom , which book the kids taught in grade 10 and so on?

Across the UK there are five stages of education - early years, primary, secondary, Further Education  and Higher Education

It would be good to have more classes in chemistry, physics, biology. In my opinion, the profiled education should be replaced only after high school.
